Balance Your Hormones

Modern medicine has one main treatment for hormone imbalances which is giving artificial hormones either in the form of the Pill or HRT. When things don’t go as planned they can adjust the quantity of oestrogen or progesterone to try to reduce the symptoms being suffered.
