I am currently running a popular clinic in the market town of Buckingham, Buckinghamshire. I see people from the surrounding areas of Bicester, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Aylesbury, Steeple Claydon, Winslow, Whitchurch and Towcester among others.

Homeopathy can be defined as a natural medicine or a complementary medicine. It can help a broad range of complaints including headaches, depression, hay fever, eczema, asthma and much more. Over time my clinic has become popular with parents wishing to bring their children up with a strong immune system and without unnecessary drugs. I have been successful in helping people with allergies, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, insomnia and hormone problems as well as helping people improve their sleep, reduce IBS and cope with their PMT/ PMS and menopause much more easily. Please click on the tabs at the side to find out more and feel free to email or call me if you have any questions or to find out about anything I haven't mentioned.

I provide allergy testing using a muscle testing technique. Dairy, nut, fish, strawberry and egg allergies are becoming more well known but many people find they have various other food sensitivities as well. Allergy testing can also be used to help find allergens in your environment such as pollens causing your hayfever or cat and dog hair in your home. There is more detail about this in the Irritable Bowel Syndrome tab.

I first became interested in homeopathy 8 years ago when someone recommended I used it for a pet with astonishing results. I then went on to study a 4 year course in homeopathy at the Centre for Homeopathic Education in London. Towards the end of the course I became interested in muscle testing and did a course in Diagnostic Kinesiology Level 1 and 2. In the summer of 2006 I set up what is now a popular practice in Buckingham, Bucks. I combine this with bringing up my 2 young children who are growing up with homeopathic medicine. I am a fully qualified and insured member of The Alliance of Registered Homeopaths and I am bound by their Code of Ethics and Practice. This can be found at www.a-r-h.org.

In April 2010 I have launched a new initiative called The Wellness Network. This is a group of complimentary therapists and community members who meet together each month to enjoy an evening of talks and socialising with like minded people. We also hold other information events throughout the year. Please visit the website www.thewellnessnetworkonline.co.uk to find out when the next meeting is being held. Do come along and join us.

I also try to put information about what is going on each month at www.wherecanwego.com and www.mkweb.co.uk/whatson
